Deoxidizer, also known as deoxidizing preservative, is a chemical reaction between iron and oxygen, using water and salt as catalysts. While promoting the reaction itself, it can effectively absorb oxygen in food packaging bags because it uses activated iron powder (reduced iron powder). Deoxidizer is non-toxic and tasteless, deoxidizes thoroughly, and takes a short time to eliminate oxygen, making all kinds of food less likely to mold, while maintaining the original flavor, freshness and nutritional content of the food. It also has a good effect on long-term sealing and anti-rust and anti-mildew of precious metals, instruments and meters.

Scope of application of deoxidizer

 

A. Chinese and Western pastries: Mid-Autumn moon cakes, European cakes, waffles, Swiss rolls, mashed potatoes, mung bean cakes, rice cakes, walnut pastries, wife cakes, crispy pastries, almond pastries, etc.
B. Poultry and livestock meat products: beef jerky, pork jerky, chicken wings, sausages, ham sausages, meat jerky, meat floss, pressed duck, etc.

Usage of Deoxidizer

 

1. When using, put the food (articles) to be preserved together with this deoxidizer into a composite packaging bag (composite packaging material) with low oxygen permeability, and heat seal it.
2. This deoxidizer has 20 types, 30 types, 50 types, 100 types, etc., which are suitable for packaging of different volumes according to the deoxidation amount.
3. Pay attention to the sealing strength and sealing quality, and do not leak.
5. After opening this package, it is best to use it up and seal the preserved items within 1 to 2 hours. If it has not been used up, please expel the air in the original packaging bag in time and reseal it to avoid expiration.
6. It cannot be microwaved or eaten.
7. Deoxygenation preservation is suitable for the preservation of fat-rich and oily foods, and is not suitable for the preservation of products with high water content.
8. For vacuum deoxygenation packaging preservation, if it is for the preservation of fresh products, it must be stored at low temperature. The suitable temperature for deoxidizer for deoxygenation preservation is generally 5-40℃. If it is lower than -5℃, the deoxygenation preservation effect will decrease.
