The production process of deoxidizer mainly includes the following steps:

Raw material preparation: First, prepare the required raw materials, including sodium bromide, sodium iodide, calcium chloride, polyacrylamide-based super absorbent resin, bentonite, diatomaceous earth, silicon dioxide and reduced iron powder.

Mixing and stirring: Dissolve sodium bromide, sodium iodide and calcium chloride in water, then add polyacrylamide-based super absorbent resin, stir evenly and let stand for 30 minutes until the water transfer is balanced. Then, add bentonite, diatomaceous earth and silicon dioxide and mix evenly again.

Add iron powder: Add reduced iron powder to the mixture and mix it in a closed place for 15 minutes to ensure that the iron powder reacts fully with other ingredients.

Sieve and seal: Pass the mixed material through a 60-mesh sieve to ensure uniform particles. Then seal and set aside.

Packaging: After the material is cooled, transfer it to an automatic packaging machine for bagging and vacuuming to complete the preparation of the deoxidizer.
