Deoxidizer is an additive that can absorb oxygen and slow down the oxidation of food or other items. It is usually composed of a group of chemical mixtures that react easily with free oxygen or dissolved oxygen, packed in a sealed paper bag with a certain air permeability and strength, and sealed together with the food, thereby removing the oxygen remaining in the air in the bag, preventing the food from discoloring, deteriorating and oil rancidity due to oxidation, and inhibiting the growth of mold, aerobic bacteria and food pests.
