Our high capacity desiccant bags for shipping containers is specially designed to protect cargo during shipping by absorbing moisture from the air. This reduces the dew point temperature (the temperature where condensation begins to form, causing "container rain"), keeping cargo safe and dry. Strips come with hooks to easily hang throughout the shipping container.
8 strips will protect a 20ft container (28m³); 16 strips will protect a 40ft container (68m³).

Before using desiccant bags for shipping containers, Inspect the container, ensuring that:
1. It is free from damage: no holes, gaps in the floor, walls or ceiling, etc.
2. It is clean and dry.
3. Check moisture content of container floor, best keep it below 18%, do not exceed 25%, Had better increase the amount of desiccant in the container.
(1) For floor exceeding 20% moisture content add 1 pc 1kg desiccant for each 1.5%.
(2) For ramie cotton fabric or other products exceeding 18% moisture, add 1 pc 1kg desiccant for each 1.5%.
(3) For grass rattan fabric, palm products or other high moiture content proucts , add 2pcs 1kg desiccant for each 1.5%.
